
Poison Billiards is a line of flashy pool cues with an attitude under the parent company Predator Cues. In 2007 I was hired on by On Ideas to develop the Poison Billiards web presence. I developed the digital marketing campaign which included a website, banner ads, an interactive game and a newletter. The site was a success and went on to win 3 gold addies. (The site is under new management and no longer maintains it’s original luster.)
Challenge:
Predator Cues was challenged to tap into a new demographic market without damaging their current eliete brand.
Solution:
Poison Billiards branding was defined to market to a young male audience that focused on looks and an edgy attitude.
Results:
Poison Billiards launched successfully and has build up it’s own unique following and reputation. The website won 4 awards including 3 gold addies.
